Arrive 15 minutes early to class to settle in and warm up.

Please sign in at the front desk

Remember to turn your cell phone off completely before class.

Kindly wear clothing that enables the instructor to see your joints, i.e. shorts or tights and a short or long-sleeved T-shirt. Tie back long hair.

It is best to practise yoga on an empty stomach; give yourself a food reward AFTER class!

Let the teacher know if you have any injuries or concerns BEFORE class so poses can be adjusted if needed.

Bring a towel to cover equipment such as blankets and bolsters.

Please do not wear heavy scents to class as many folks are allergic.

Clean feet with spray and cloth provided before class and wipe mats after class.

If you are a smoker, kindly refrain from smoking one hour before class.
